The view from the resort was amazing, overlooking the ocean and city. yet my stay was marred by numerous service issues and unkempt facilities. While my room was spacious and comfortable, the overall experience did not match the expectations of a four-star hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at Aurora Villas And Resort, as the stunning view of the ocean made my experience nice. However, I was disappointed that the private jacuzzi in my room wasn't available for use during part of my stay, which significantly affected my overall satisfaction. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Mr. Tuong at breakfast, who made me feel very welcome.
